Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with financial advisors, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to enhance their sales and branding strategies. Job Responsibilities: Contact potential or existing Clients to inform them about the services. Answer questions about services of the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed. Enter and update customer information in the database. Take and process orders in an accurate manner. Handle grievances to preserve the Company's Reputation. Go to extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Requirements: Ability to learn about the products and services and describe/explain them to Prospects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in sales, account management, or relationship management Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions. Freshers are also welcomed.
