As a Master of Ceremonies at Guhantara Cave Resort, owned and managed by Rashi Eco Tourism Ltd., you will be responsible for hosting and managing events to ensure smooth program flow, adherence to timelines, and audience engagement. Your role as the face and voice of the event will create a professional and engaging atmosphere aligned with the event's objectives. - Welcome guests and introduce the event, setting the tone and energy. - Present speakers, performers, or segments in a professional and engaging manner. - Maintain event flow by keeping the audience informed of schedules, transitions, and announcements. - Engage with the audience to create a lively and inclusive atmosphere. - Coordinate closely with event organizers, technical staff, and performers for seamless execution. - Handle unexpected situations gracefully and keep the program on track. - Deliver closing remarks and acknowledge sponsors, partners, and key contributors. - Represent the values and brand of the organization/event. Qualifications: - Excellent public speaking and communication skills. - Strong stage presence and ability to engage diverse audiences. - Good sense of timing, improvisation, and adaptability. - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow event cues. - Prior experience in hosting events, anchoring, or public speaking (preferred).
