Role & responsibilities Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients. Converting them into appealing web layouts /designs with latest concepts. Optimizing sites for maximum speed and scalability by following standards like W3C Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices using HTML5 / bootstrap/ Tailwind CSS for responsive web designs. Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients. Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes. Creating user friendly UI /UX with coordination of developers. Ensuring website function and stability across various browsers and devices i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet Preferred candidate profile Experienced on HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Photoshop etc. Experience in PSD to responsive HTML conversion. Experience in working with cross-browser issues. Ability to create user friendly UI/ UX for web as well as mobile apps. Must have worked on websites from the scratch. Excellent debugging and optimization skill. Sound understanding of the full web development life cycle. Able to work in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English communication.
