· Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers' aftersales queries, including service requests, technical assistance, and product warranties. · Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate field service engineers or technicians for maintenance, repairs, and installations as needed. · Spare Parts Management: Manage and coordinate the supply of spare parts, ensuring timely availability to meet customer needs, followup for import order, preparation of offers and coordination with clients. · Order Processing: Process aftersales orders, including maintenance contracts, spare parts, and repairs, ensuring accuracy and promptness. · Warranty Management: Administer warranty claims and ensure all relevant documentation is in place for warranty validation. · Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Ensure service requests are handled within agreed SLAs and maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status of their requests. · Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints related to aftersales services, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution. · Reporting: Prepare MIS Reports on aftersales activities, including key metrics, AFS Order Registers, Collections & Projections. · Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and technical departments to ensure seamless aftersales support. · Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of imported spares, customer interactions, services rendered, and follow-up actions.
