What We're Looking For. We're hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead mid-to-senior and leadership hiring across tech and generalist (strategy/EiR) roles. You'll work directly with founders while owning the complex mandates that require judgment, sourcing muscle, and strong candidate experience.. Responsibilities. Lead end-to-end hiring for engineering, tech leadership, strategy, and EIR roles (3040 key hires in the next year).. Build sourcing strategies and run outbound campaigns for hard-to-fill mandates.. Advise founders and team leads on role design, interview frameworks, and offer strategy.. Own hiring operationsprocess design, scorecards, ATS usage, and funnel health metrics.. You Might Be a Fit If You Have:. 4-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on senior and leadership hiring.. A strong record of closing high-caliber candidates across tech and strategic roles.. Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership on hiring decisions.. Outstanding sourcing skills (Boolean, LinkedIn, X-ray search, etc.).. Preferred: Prior experience in SaaS or IT Services hiring environments.. Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing potential candidates to the joining date of the employee. Coordinate with various departments to identify their staffing needs.. Create a uniform selection criterion for all open positions by consulting with managers, senior management, and employees.. Source talent from multiple channels like LinkedIn, Naukri, Job Boards, Social Media, Referral etc.. Create compelling job descriptions, insightful interview questions, and update job ads to attract the right candidates.. Identify passive candidates through research, networking, and talent mapping from competitors.. Conduct hiring drives in campuses and employment branding initiatives.. Maintain the HRMS to ensure we have a ready made talent pool and right paperwork for all candidates.. Skill Sets/ Experience We Require. Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, or other related fields.. At least 1 years of work experience in recruitment / talent acquisition. Working knowledge of MS Office applications.. Proficient at working with ATS software like Keka Hire. Being active in HR communities / circles would be helpful. Excellent communication and collaborative skills.. Excellent negotiation skills.. Familiarity with the entire recruitment cycle and various sourcing techniques..
