Key Responsibilities As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire client travel lifecycle, from initial consultation to post-trip support: Customized Sales & Planning: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Plan, quote, and sell tailored domestic and international tour packages, flights, hotels, and related services. Booking Management: Handle all reservations, bookings, cancellations, and amendments efficiently using travel booking systems. Expert Guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing clients with detailed information on destinations, travel arrangements, visa requirements, and travel insurance. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service. Promptly resolve any travel issues, complaints, or emergencies. Business Growth: Meet established sales targets and stay updated on the latest travel trends, industry offers, and regulations to support business growth. Requirements Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar sales role is required . (Fresher with a strong interest and relevant skills may be considered). Knowledge: Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations, travel documentation, and tour operations. Skills: Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills. Technical: Proficiency in MS Office, email, and travel booking systems. Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
