The Electrician with Motor Rewinding expertise is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, with a specialization in rewinding and repairing electric motors. The role involves working with industrial, commercial, and residential electrical systems while ensuring safety and compliance with electrical codes. Motor Rewinding & Repair: -Disassemble, inspect, and diagnose faults in electric motors (AC/DC). -Electrical Installation & Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain wiring -Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using testing devices (multimeter, megger, etc.). -Perform preventive maintenance on motors and electrical systems -Compliance & Safety: - Follow electrical codes (NEC, IEC, or local standards) and safety protocols. -Ensure proper grounding, insulation, and wiring techniques. - Maintain records of repairs, rewinding processes, and materials used. -Work with engineers, technicians, and clients to resolve electrical issues.
