You will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and quality output of machines used in: • Digital printing • CNC cutting • Laser engraving • Acrylic fabrication • Wooden display finishing • Artisan-level craftsmanship (if any) ⸻ 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain printers, Digital Cutter TPS plotters, laser cutters, CNC routers, etc. • Read and understand design files (CDR, AI, DXF, etc.) • Handle materials like vinyl, acrylic, MDF, foam board, and wood • Work with finishing tools: heat gun, lamination, edge polishing • Ensure quality control and on-time project completion • Follow safety protocols and machine maintenance schedules ⸻ 🎯 Requirements: • Minimum 3 years’ experience in printing & signage industry • Strong knowledge of vinyl cutting, UV printing, acrylic fabrication, and CNC routing • Ability to read technical drawings and measurements • Familiar with design software output requirements (CorelDRAW, Illustrator, etc.) • Good team player with a sense of responsibility and attention to detail
