The Mechanical Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, managing maintenance schedules, and supervising the maintenance team to ensure all machinery operates efficiently and safely. Qualifications Supervisory Skills Equipment Maintenance and Repair skills Experience in Preventive Maintenance Maintenance Management skills Proficiency in developing maintenance schedules and protocols Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in the mining or metals industry is a plus
