Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Coder located in Coimbatore North. The Medical Coder will be responsible for accurately coding medical records and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and coding guidelines. Daily tasks include reviewing patient records, assigning appropriate codes for diagnoses and treatments, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation. The role also involves maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the integrity of patient information. Qualifications Coding Experience and Medical Coding skills Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Health Information Management RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) certification Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team Familiarity with homeopathy practices is a plus Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field is preferred
