MarTech Ops(Braze +Mparticle)

You should have at least 3+ years of experience in the field with expertise in Braze and mParticle CDP. Your responsibilities will include managing marketing automation software, technology solutions, and ensuring alignment with client objectives. You must possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to interpret metrics for future improvements. Collaborating with various teams to optimize marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and business performance through data analysis will be a crucial part of your role. Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Braze campaign management, mParticle CDP, and Snowflake DW is essential. You should have hands-on expertise in GA, GTM, and Braze with previous experience in the retail B2C industry digital applications. Managing martech across omni-channel applications like websites, mobile apps, and iPad is a must. Effective communication skills and prior experience working directly with business stakeholders on design, development, rollout, and review responses are required.
