Role: Pega developer (CDH ) Location: Hyderabad (Hitech City) General Shift NP: Immediate to 25 Days Mandatory Qualifications Total Pega Exp should be 6+ years Decisioning relevant exp should be 3+ Certifications required: CSA,CSSA,CPDC CDH Certification should be done before 2024 Job Description Pega CSSA Certification and Pega Decisioning Consultant Experience in Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions, NBAD framework Proven track record of delivering hyper-personalized solutions using NBA strategies across inbound and outbound channels in both batch and real-time mode Hands on experience with Pega CDH components like ADM, DSM, Value Finder, Customer Profiler, etc. Proficiency in SQL, JSON, real-time decisioning, and object-oriented programming principles. Translate business requirements into decisioning logic, including Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, engagement policies, and offer flows. Design and configure core decisioning logic using Pega CDH, including rules, propositions, treatments, and decision data flows.
