Knowing guest are staying at the hotel. Renovation works being carried out with loud bangs. Started in the evening. We are flying back operating flight crew. How are we supposed to get rest? Try calling the front desk. No answer. So much for 5 star hotel.

Hotel does not have 24 hour coffee shop or restaurant, though they have 24 hours room service. The rooms have not been deep cleaned for years it seems as there is tons of dirt under the bed which is pathetic and extremely unhealthy. Can’t believe this is a five star property. It’s not worth 1 star also based on cleanliness

Charged for the wrong number of rooms/nights. Suspect some lobby staff may be working with local scammers: after we were told by an uber driver picking up from the hotel that we needed to pay the fare in cash, staff insisted this was just how uber works in Jaipur. Be assured - it is not!
