Overall, my experience at the Surat Marriott was underwhelming and disappointing. I expected much more from such a reputed establishment. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving both their service and staff training. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my visit.

Great property, checked all the marks for a five star property. The breakfast was great.!! Staff was courteous and friendly. Hitesh was a cool guy working at the hotel that I interacted with the most.
