Went for a dinner with office colleagues. Pathetic food and service level were very bad. Even a road side stall will have better food quality, taste and service than JW Marriott Pune at one tenth of its cost. Will never go there again.

It would be difficult to have a better experience. My room was outstanding. The restaurant was beyond my expectations! Support from the staff was amazing! I had an absolutely fantastic experience and look forward to going back for another stay. I only wish I had stayed longer!

Horrible experience. The valet took over 40 minutes to bring car. On following up multiple times with manager, he kept saying it's coming in 5 min. When finally asked to valet guy he said other person had forgot to give him keys and he just got the keys.
