Housekeeping left stained mugs after cleaning the room, no spoons or stirs , teabags not restocked without asking for it. Breakfast counters are slow and the staff spends time chatting while the customer waits. Not an ideal place for a business trip and the service in no way reflects the room rates.

We enjoyed the buffet lunch with close friends. A memorable experience. The service was excellent . Payal ensured a good personal experience. Suhas was there to suggest thoughtful options. Both of them made our lunch very enjoyable.

Rooms key handed over late, rooms were not ready on arrivals...stinking room.... If you do not find any option then make a choice of this hotel.

Unpleasant stay because of ultimate lack of communication and trust from the team at the concierge. (Name- Mahima and her Manager) There has been a lot of offline chats in front of the customer which becomes pretty uncomfortable.

The services provided by the hotel staffs are very good especially the upkeep of the room done by Rutuja Vishal and making sure my room is clean and all consumables are replenished. Also, all the staffs are very hospitable and making sure you feel at home.

Exceptional staff. Our server, Young Kajal has an exceptional eye for hospitality and has excellent leadership of her seniors. Although it was a quick meal for us, it was made most enjoyable. Our compliments also to the chef who served us their signature mutton kebab dish… totally delectable.
