Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Acquisition Influencer Marketing professional at Marqeting in West Delhi. The role involves day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, and negotiations. They will develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth. Identify and prospect potential clients interested in influencer marketing solutions, including brands, agencies, and other businesses. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to understand their marketing objectives and challenges. Consult with clients to understand their brand identity, target audience, and campaign goals, and propose tailored influencer marketing strategies to meet their needs. Present and pitch our influencer marketing services and capabilities to clients through compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers and creative professionals, to develop and execute successful influencer marketing campaigns that align with client objectives. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and favourable outcomes for all parties. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred). Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry. Deep understanding of influencer marketing landscape, trends, and platforms. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools(preferred).
