Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Carpet Designer based in Bhadohi. The Carpet Designer will be responsible for creating and developing new carpet designs, collaborating with the production team, and ensuring that designs meet both client specifications and quality standards. The role includes tasks such as sketching design concepts, selecting appropriate materials and colors, and staying updated with current design trends. Qualifications Strong skills in artistic sketching and textile design Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CAD) Knowledge of color theory, materials, and production techniques Ability to collaborate effectively with production and sales teams Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity Excellent communication skills Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fine Arts, or related field Previous experience in carpet or textile design is a plus
