Role Description A Seafarer/Crewing Assistant supports ship operations, crew welfare, and administrative functions on board and ashore, ensuring smooth coordination between seafarers, management, and maritime authorities. The role involves both operational and clerical responsibilities to maintain compliance, safety, and efficiency in maritime activities. Duties Assist in day-to-day shipboard operations and provide support to senior officers. Maintain records of crew documentation, certifications, and travel arrangements. Monitor and report on crew welfare, including accommodation, food, and safety needs. Assist in procurement and inventory management for crew supplies. Prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain filing systems for maritime operations. Support the onboarding process for new seafarers, including orientation and documentation. Qualifications Must have 1+ year experience in crew/ship management company and liaising with seafarers. Strong Communication skills. Administrative Assistance skills.
