About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketplace Reconciliation Specialist to manage and reconcile transactions across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of payments, commissions, returns, and deductions, maintaining transparent and error-free financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile sales, returns, cancellations, and payments across all marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, etc.).
• Verify that all payouts received match the order-wise statements provided by marketplaces.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies related to commissions, shipping charges, taxes, or penalties.
• Maintain accurate reconciliation reports and share periodic summaries with management.
• Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to resolve disputes and raise claims with marketplaces when required.
• Track pending settlements and ensure timely follow-up for short payments.
• Support monthly closing activities by providing reconciliation summaries.
• Assist in GST/tax verification related to marketplace transactions.
• Continuously improve reconciliation processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
