Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and service. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Market Research & Insights: Laser sharp focus on the developments taking place within GCCs Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions. Analyze competitor offerings and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Represent the company at relevant technology conferences and exhibitions/events to promote solution/services and company Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams such as technical experts, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless sales process. Collaborate with other sales teams to share best practices, strategies, and insights. Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and progress in CRM systems. Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management. Desired Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree / Masters Degree in Finance /Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration, with minimum 10 years of technology-related sales Proven experience in frontline sales within thetechnology services industry (IT, cloud, data, software, etc.) Experience in Selling to Site Leaders, CentreHeads, Functional Heads within GCCs across both business & IT & provenability to sell software services, application development, analytics &cloud services / solutions and sound understanding of computing, programmingand software engineering Technology Services & Solution sellingexperience within GCC segment including good understanding of Bangalore,Chennai markets Excellent communication, negotiation, andpresentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to workindependently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meetdeadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce,Dynamics) and other sales tools. Ability to interface with both internal teammembers and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach Ability to energize, develop and build rapport atall levels within an organization
