Marketing/Creative & Social Media Manager

As a Creative Designer & Social Media Associate at Caressa Coffee & Co., you will play a crucial role in visually representing our premium coffee brand across various platforms and engaging with coffee enthusiasts throughout India. Your primary responsibility will be to design captivating Instagram and marketing posters, both static and reels, as well as edit product and lifestyle photos and videos for promotional purposes. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and sharing content on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, running and monitoring Meta ad campaigns, and contributing to creative direction, brand storytelling, and seasonal campaigns. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and Premiere Pro. A keen eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling is essential, along with experience in managing Meta Ads and utilizing the Facebook Business Suite. A basic understanding of social media trends and audience behavior is also required, with additional experience in photography, videography, or influencer marketing being a bonus.
