As a Creative Designer & Social Media Associate at Caressa Coffee & Co., you will play a crucial role in visually representing our premium coffee brand to a wider audience. Your primary responsibility will involve creating visually appealing content, managing digital ad campaigns, and ensuring a consistent online brand presence that resonates with coffee enthusiasts across India. Your key responsibilities will include designing eye-catching Instagram and marketing posters, editing product and lifestyle photos and videos for promotional purposes, strategizing and posting engaging content across various social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, as well as executing and monitoring Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns. Additionally, you will collaborate on creative direction, brand storytelling, and seasonal campaigns, work on influencer collaborations and online promotions, and maintain brand consistency in terms of tone, colors, and themes. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and Premiere Pro. A keen sense of aesthetics, the ability to narrate brand stories effectively, experience in managing Meta ads and utilizing Facebook Business Suite, as well as a basic understanding of social media trends and audience behavior are essential. Any additional expertise in photography, videography, or influencer marketing would be considered a bonus.
