Role Overview

We are looking for a highly disciplined, field-oriented Marketing & School Outreach Executive to expand our presence across schools in Hyderabad. This role involves direct school engagement, demo coordination, relationship building, and conversion of opportunities into long-term school partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally represent Aspire Drones with school principals, management, and staff
• Plan and execute daily school visits within an assigned territory (minimum 25 schools/day)
• Introduce Drone & Robotics programs, workshops, and camps to schools
• Book and coordinate demos; support follow-ups and closures
• Build long-term school relationships and convert leads into partnerships
• Maintain daily visit reports, demo tracking, and monthly performance reports
• Identify market opportunities and share strategic feedback
• Support events, expos, and promotional activities

Targets:

• Minimum 2 new school partnerships per month

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High discipline, professionalism, and field readiness
• Comfortable with daily travel and structured reporting
• Prior experience in school marketing or education sales is an advantage
