Compensation: ₹15,000 per month + 8% Incentives

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Officer to join our Kolkata team. Candidates with prior experience in real estate or vehicle sales will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert sales leads.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Share sales updates and reports with management.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales. Real estate or vehicle sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Must have a laptop.
• Must be based in Kolkata and willing to work from office.
