Marketing & Sales Manager - Real Estate

As a Marketing and Sales Manager for a Real Estate project in Tirupur, your role will involve generating inquiry leads, converting sales, reporting on sales activities, following up with potential customers, and building strong relationships with them. It is essential to demonstrate high efficiency and knowledge in the Real Estate sector. You will be expected to handle customers across low, medium, and high-end categories and establish strong business relations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing customer databases, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the overall success of sales operations. The compensation package includes a fixed monthly salary along with a 1% incentive for every sale made.
