Marketing Quality Checker

About the Role:

At NOVA, we create personalized marketing creatives for real estate agents. Were looking for a detail-oriented fresher/graduate student to join as a Creative QA Associate, responsible for ensuring all marketing materials are accurate and professional before release.

Responsibilities:

• Review marketing creatives (social media posts, brochures, flyers, ads, etc.) for accuracy.

Verify agent information including:

• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Headshots
• Personal logos
• Brokerage logos & disclaimers
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all creatives.
• Flag inconsistencies, errors, or missing information to the design/content team.
• Maintain a checklist and tracking sheet for all QA work.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely approvals.

Qualifications:

• Current undergraduate student or recent graduate.
• Strong attention to detail (must notice typos, formatting issues, logo misplacements, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of marketing/social media is a plus.
• Good communication skills for feedback sharing.
• Organized, reliable, and proactive.
