Marketing On-site Internship

As a Marketing Agent, your main objectives will include supporting the marketing team in delivering effective programs that align with company and client objectives. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness through the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and other support activities. Additionally, you will assist in the development of marketing materials, ensuring that scopes, timelines, and deliverables are optimized for maximum benefit. It is expected that you will continuously build your skill set and actively engage in ongoing campaigns for the company. Your responsibilities will include following up on To-Let Boards in the assigned locality provided by the company. You will be required to speak to property owners where these boards are located, explaining and promoting our product while assisting them in registering on our website. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting property tours, accompanying tenants to visit various properties. All leads and data related to tenants and property owners will be shared with you by our Sales Team. It is important to note that the role of Marketing Agent does not involve engaging in any direct sales activities. Your focus will solely be on marketing initiatives in accordance with the provided criteria. The initial three days of your tenure will be dedicated to training. Upon successfully completing this training period, you will be confirmed for the role. A mandatory requirement for this position is owning a bike or scooty, as the role involves fieldwork. The compensation package includes a fixed salary of 10,000 along with a petrol allowance and incentives. You will be expected to work 6 hours per day, with the potential for a salary increment to up to 22,000 after three months based on performance and evaluation.,
