Job Title: Field Marketing Officer – Building Materials Location: Pondicherry / Tindivanam (Field-based Role – 100 km Radius) Job Type: Full-Time Work Days: Monday to Saturday Experience: Freshers & Experienced (Building Materials Background Preferred) Qualification: Minimum Graduation (Any Discipline) Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month + Quarterly Incentives + Travel Allowance About the Company: Sakthima Enterprises is a fast-growing manufacturer of high-quality building materials under the WALL lux and TILE lux brands. Our products include waterproofing solutions, wall putty, primers, gypsum plaster, tile adhesives, ceiling finishes, and more. We are expanding across Tamil Nadu and are looking for enthusiastic marketing professionals to grow our brand in key construction zones. Role Overview: We are looking for a Field Marketing Officer to promote and sell our products by visiting dealers, engineers, contractors, painters, and builders across a wide area centered around Pondicherry and Tindivanam . This role requires daily local travel within a 100 km radius to key construction towns, ensuring consistent product promotion, order generation, and payment follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Daily field visits to: Dealers and retailers Civil engineers and architects Painting contractors and painters Building owners, site engineers, and construction contractors Promote product features and build brand awareness Generate sales orders and coordinate with the dispatch team Collect payments and ensure timely follow-up Organize weekly Painter Meets / Contractor Meets Monitor local construction trends and competitor activity Share ground-level reports and feedback with the management Areas to be Covered: Field visits will cover key towns and rural areas within 100 km radius of Pondicherry and Tindivanam , including: Cuddalore , Panruti , Neyveli , Chidambaram , Vriddhachalam , Jayamkondam Villupuram , Gingee , Tirukoilur , Ulundurpet , Tiruvannamalai , Kallakurichi Melmaruvathur , Acharapakkam , Madurantakam , Uthiramerur , Chengalpattu , Kalpakkam , Cheyyur All nearby Pondicherry UT suburbs (Ariyankuppam, Bahour, Thavalakuppam, Kalapet, etc.) Requirements: Graduate in any field (Minimum qualification) Freshers interested in sales/marketing are welcome Building materials or paint industry experience is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Must own a smartphone for basic reporting and coordination Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory What We Offer: Fixed monthly salary Quarterly performance-based incentives Travel / Fuel reimbursement Product and sales training Career growth in a fast-expanding company Why Join Us?
