We are looking for Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) Analysts who are passionate about MMM, Experimentation, and Causality.
You will work on end-to-end MMM development - from data solicitation and Feature engineering to model building, validation, and business interpretation - across multiple geographies and industries.
This role demands strong statistical intuition, programming proficiency (in R or Python), and curiosity about how marketing truly drives incremental impact.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research, or Applied Mathematics. Candidates from other streams but with real MMM experience may also apply.
14 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying Marketing Mix Models using R or Python.
This is very important. If you don't touch code to build MMM models, then this role is unfortunately not for you. We believe in artisanal work and every MMM we deliver matches the highest statistical and business relevance standards.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Strong grasp of econometric principles, time series modeling, and marketing effectiveness analysis.
Proven ability to code, debug, and validate MMMs using R or Python (not through automated packages).
Exposure to adstock transformations, saturation curves, and diminishing returns modeling.
Understanding of incrementality, control-test experiments, and causal reasoning - with ability to connect MMM insights to business outcomes.
Familiarity with causal inference techniques such as Difference-in-Differences, Instrumental Variables, or Propensity Score Matching is a strong plus.
R: dplyr, ggplot2, caret, data.table, lubridate
Python: pandas, numpy, scipy, statsmodels, scikit-learn, matplotlib
Experience with SQL for data querying; exposure to AWS / cloud environments is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis presentation.
Curiosity about how marketing drives real business impact.
Strong communication skills - ability to translate models into actionable insights.
A mindset rooted in first principles, statistical rigor, and experimentation based validation.
The desire to build models that stand up to scrutiny.
And a constant penchant for innovation.
In office (Mon - Thursday) with Fridays being WFH.
