Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for our textile shop. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving customer footfall, improving sales, managing promotional activities, and developing effective marketing campaigns to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy
• Develop and implement marketing plans to increase store sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and target customers.
• Plan seasonal promotions, festive offers, and special campaigns.
• Digital Marketing
• Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators for promotional materials.
• Monitor online engagement and generate customer leads.
• Sales & Business Development
• Develop strategies to increase customer walk-ins and revenue.
• Build relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify corporate, wholesale, and bulk-order opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve marketing targets.
• Brand Promotion
• Develop attractive promotional campaigns for new collections.
• Coordinate advertisements, banners, posters, and promotional events.
• Maintain consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
• Market Research
• Study market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Identify popular textile products and changing fashion trends.
• Suggest new marketing ideas to improve business growth.
• Team Management
• Coordinate with the sales team and store management.
• Manage marketing budgets and campaign performance.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and sales analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in textile or retail industries.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Creative thinking and target-oriented approach.

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate experience.
