You will be joining JL Morison India Ltd., an established FMCG company located in Mumbai, India, with a history spanning over 80 years in the industry. The company is known for building sustainable brands and currently focuses on manufacturing, marketing, and distributing products in the baby care, oral care, and hair care segments. Some of the prominent brands under the company's portfolio include Morisons Baby Dreams, Emoform-R toothpaste, and Bigen. JL Morison India Ltd. operates through various sales channels such as Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Canteen Store Department, e-commerce platforms, and its own e-shop jlmorison.com. Additionally, the company exports baby care products to multiple SAARC nations. As a Brand Executive based in Mumbai, your primary responsibilities will include conducting in-depth research on consumer markets, analyzing market trends and competition, and identifying potential areas for market development. You will be tasked with tracking the performance of products across different channels, examining sales metrics like sales volume, market share, pricing, and distribution to facilitate informed marketing and business decisions. Collaborating with the team, you will contribute to the development and execution of brand strategy, ensuring the successful implementation of brand deliverables based on comprehensive research findings. Your role will also involve engaging in stakeholder management, coordinating with various agencies for media promotions, and overseeing the seamless execution of activations. You will be expected to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, incorporate key learnings into future projects, and assist in the preparation of marketing materials and campaign-related aids. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in developing brand presentations for partners, aligning with brand and media strategies. Moreover, you will liaise with the legal and compliance team to ensure that designs and messages adhere to company brand guidelines and regulatory standards. Supporting the sales team, you will provide marketing collaterals to the sales network and monitor their usage and effectiveness, working closely with the Marketing Manager to optimize results. To excel in this role, you must hold a 2-year full-time PGDM/MMS degree in marketing from a reputable B-school and have a minimum of 6-8 months of internship experience, preferably in the FMCG industry. Ideally, you should have experience working in personal care categories and possess strong data mining, analytical, and presentation skills. As a candidate, you should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, creativity, self-motivation to drive tasks independently, and a propensity for quick learning.,
