Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Representative to support our marketing and sales initiatives in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts through localized marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage field marketing campaigns to generate new leads and nurture existing customers. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, promotional events, and partner locations. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and drive revenue growth. Identify local marketing opportunities and partnerships to expand brand visibility. Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and activities to optimize performance. Distribute promotional materials and samples to prospective customers. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively promote to potential clients. Gather market and customer intelligence to inform broader marketing strategies. Ensure consistent brand messaging and quality standards across all touchpoints. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in marketing, field sales, or a customer-facing role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach. Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary. Experience with CRM and marketing tools is a plus. Event planning or promotional marketing experience is a plus. Working Conditions: Frequent travel within assigned territory. Outdoor work and extended periods on feet may be required during events or campaigns. Ability to lift promotional materials (up to 25 lbs).
