As a Marketing Intern at Fitoverse, your role will involve assisting in market research, developing marketing strategies, supporting sales initiatives, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work from Salem and be responsible for tasks such as data analysis, campaign execution, and addressing customer inquiries and feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies - Support sales team in achieving targets - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and feedback promptly - Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns Qualifications: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and clients - Experience in market research and sales to contribute effectively to the role - Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to support business objectives - Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction - Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Basic understanding of sports infrastructure is advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred for this role Fitoverse is driven by a passion for sports and is committed to providing world-class sports facilities.
