We specialize in portable oral irrigators (water flossers) that are dentist-recommended and designed for easy, everyday use at home or on the go. With a presence across Amazon, our own website, and dental clinics, PORClean is building a strong omni-channel brand trusted by individuals, families, and healthcare professionals. Our mission is to combine clinical-grade effectiveness with modern lifestyle convenience, helping people maintain healthier smiles with confidence.

The Role:

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in executing and managing both online and offline marketing activities to build brand awareness, drive leads, and support sales growth. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, digital knowledge, and on-ground marketing execution skills.

Key responsibilities:

Online Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, influencers, and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website).
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, videos, and product listings.
  • Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and email marketing activities with internal or external teams.
  • Build online brand visibility and drive lead generation, website conversions, and repeat engagement.

Offline Marketing:

  • Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, including dentist outreach programs, dental events, and retail promotions.
  • Coordinate in-clinic branding, product demos, and sampling drives.
  • Support participation in dental conferences, exhibitions, and awareness campaigns.
  • Manage marketing collaterals brochures, standees, display materials, and kits.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with field requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Research competitor marketing strategies and propose innovative ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketing execution and feedback collection.
  • Maintain vendor coordination for printing, logistics, and branding materials.

Required qualification and skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital and field marketing (FMCG, healthcare, or consumer goods preferred).
  • Hands-on knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, and influencer collaboration.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and creative thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel for events, brand activities.
