Company: Orange & Green Interiors Pvt Ltd Job Title: Business Development Executive and Marketing Executive (Civil & Interiors) Job Location: Hyderabad Industry: Civil Construction & Turnkey Interiors Salary: CTC of Rs.16,000/- to Rs.40,000/- per month (Based on experience and interview performance) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interiors. 0-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, ideally in the civil and interior construction sectors. Freshers can also apply (Fixed CTC of 16,000 per month) Proven track record of acquiring new projects, particularly in the construction or interiors industry. JOB OVERVIEW: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executives and Marketing Executives to join our growing Civil & Interiors company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our portfolio of turnkey interior projects and civil construction projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: A) New Business Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients (developers, contractors, architects, etc.) within the civil construction and interiors sector. Generate leads, initiate contact, and secure new project opportunities. Qualify leads, assess project feasibility, and close deals to achieve revenue targets. Should present our company profile to clients in a way that highlights the key strengths, achievements, and core offerings effectively. B) Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Attend meetings, provide project proposals, and negotiate contracts and terms with potential clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through project initiation. C) Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential project opportunities. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to position the company effectively in the market. Provide insights to senior management on market needs, customer preferences, and industry shifts. D) Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with the design, operations, and project management teams to ensure smooth handover of new business opportunities. Work with marketing and design teams to create proposals, presentations, and client presentations that align with project specifications. E) Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client communications, and project pipeline status. Prepare regular reports on sales targets, project progress, and new opportunities for management review. F) Skills & Competencies: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, and project management tools. Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
