Marketing executive of non woven category

As a Business Development Manager specializing in the non-woven category, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing sales & marketing strategies for products such as non-woven carry bags, straws, and various types of packaging. Your primary focus will be on communicating with target audiences, building and nurturing customer relationships, and negotiating and closing orders with prospective clients to achieve sales targets. Your role will involve conducting research and analyzing data to identify market opportunities, organizing promotional activities and product exhibitions, updating databases, and managing customer relationships effectively. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating diverse marketing content such as brochures, press releases, emails, website material, and social media posts. To excel in this position, you are expected to hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in marketing or sales within the Biodegradable/Compostable Plastic Industry for at least 5 years. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working with employers in the Biodegradable/Compostable Plastic Industry or factories specializing in Blown Film & Injection Molding. Proficiency in MS Office applications, strong interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to engage in regular client visits for relationship-building and business development will be essential. Cold calling clients for sales, a solid understanding of business management principles including budgeting, strategic planning, and market trends, as well as familiarity with industry trends, are also key skills required for this role.
