Job Description

Freelancer / Part-time Marketing Executive

Scope of Work:

Execute
consumer-facing marketing activities
such as camp activities, joggers park, RWA activations.
Engage directly with consumers to
create brand awareness
and drive
business conversion
.
Conduct
on-ground campaigns
with marketing collaterals and ensure proper setup, execution, and follow-up.
Drive sales, Collect and report feedback from customers to improve service experience.
Identify the right
consumer offerings and engagement strategies
suitable for different
BTL (Below-The-Line)
marketing activities.
Own the
key success metrics
such as
patient acquisition and conversion rates
from field activities.
Work towards achieving
monthly sales and conversion targets
as per the business plan.
Represent the brand positively in all local marketing initiatives and community engagements.

Required Skill Set:

Experience in
consumer engagement, on-ground marketing, or BTL promotions
.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
proficiency in
English
and
local language (Kannada)
is preferred.
Ability to interact confidently with customers, collect feedback, and resolve basic queries.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to deliver on targets with minimal supervision.
