Identify and approach potential wedding customers (brides, grooms, families, and wedding planners).
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized field visits and follow-ups.
Track inquiries from exhibitions, showrooms, online platforms, and referrals, converting them into sales.
Promote the company’s wedding and bridal textile collection (sarees, lehengas, suits, sherwanis, fabrics, etc.).
Maintain a wedding customer database and regularly update follow-up status.
Coordinate with showroom/production team for product samples, trials, and timely delivery.
Assist customers with selection, customization, and after-sales support.
Gather market insights on wedding fashion trends and competitor offerings.
Achieve monthly sales targets in the wedding segment.
Represent the brand at wedding expos, exhibitions, and promotional events.
