Job Description-
a) Handle daily inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents promptly, meeting both qualitative and quantitative targets.
b) Doing telephonic counselling by making the calls to parents.
c) Assist parents in completing inquiry forms and provide comprehensive school tours to prospective families.
d) Participate in and collaborate on apartment activities, mall events, preschool events, and ensure a positive atmosphere for students and parents during these events and collaborate with Marketing head for Lead generation.
