Marketing Executive ( Dispatch )

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in hospital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting hospital services, managing dispatch and billing work, coordinating with TPAs for bill submission and payment collections, and developing strong referral networks to drive patient footfall. interested can share cv to: [email protected]

Key Responsibilities:1. Hospital Marketing & Promotion:

• Implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties.
• Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics and diagnostic centers to build and maintain a referral network.

2. TPA & Billing Coordination:

• Ensure timely submission of bills to the TPA (Third Party Administrator) office.
• Coordinate with TPA representatives for claim approvals and documentation.
• Track the status of submitted claims and ensure prompt collection of payments.

3. Dispatch and Administrative Work:

• Manage the dispatch of invoices, reports and other documents related to patient services and TPA.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched documents and billing files.
• Support the administrative team in handling marketing and billing-related paperwork.

4. Referral Marketing:

• Build and maintain relationships with external doctors and clinics to generate patient referrals.
• Maintain a referral database and prepare reports on referral trends and source performance.
• Monitor and analyze referral patterns to improve marketing strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
