Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing and lead-generation campaigns for Benchmark Aspire.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, property portals, social media, email and WhatsApp marketing.
• Coordinate with digital/creative agencies and monitor campaign execution, budgets and deliverables.
• Monitor and optimise CPL, lead quality, campaign performance, ROI and other marketing KPIs.
• Coordinate landing pages, website updates, SEO, content, social-media posts and digital creatives.
• Plan offline marketing including events, exhibitions, outdoor advertising, site activations and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, printers, media partners and other marketing vendors.
• Develop and coordinate brochures, presentations, flyers, advertisements, project videos and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain consistency of project branding and communication across all platforms.
• Coordinate closely with Sales and CRM teams to track lead quality, site visits, customer feedback and campaign effectiveness.
• Knowledge of Farvision and or similar ERP software is mandatory.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis covering campaigns, pricing, offers and promotional activities.
• Support channel-partner/broker engagement programmes and project promotional events.
• Prepare campaign-wise MIS and marketing performance reports for Management.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, work orders, invoices, campaign reports and agency/vendor deliverables.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related discipline; MBA/PG qualification in Marketing preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in residential real estate.
• Age 27 to 35 years
• Salary - Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000 per month
• Experience in premium residential real estate marketing will be strongly preferred.
• Strong practical understanding of Google Ads/PPC, Meta Ads, social media, property portals and lead-generation campaigns.
• Understanding of SEO, landing pages, websites/WordPress, email marketing and digital analytics.
• Experience managing digital, creative, media and event agencies/vendors.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and take corrective action to improve marketing performance.
• Strong English communication, presentation and content-coordination skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Bengali.
• Organised, creative, analytical and capable of handling multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.
• Candidate must know how to ride a two-wheeler and should be comfortable travelling locally for project, event, vendor and market-related work.
• Candidate should reside within approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour travelling distance from Salt Lake Sector V.
