Role Overview:

The Marketing Executive (Admissions) will be responsible for driving student admissions through effective marketing activities, both traditional and modern. The role involves field visits, meeting parents, generating enquiries, and promoting the school’s brand in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the school through traditional marketing (pamphlet distribution, banners, local events, school visits, etc.).
• Execute digital/modern marketing activities (social media promotions, online enquiry handling, WhatsApp marketing, etc.).
• Visit residential areas, preschools, coaching centres, corporates, and other relevant places for admissions outreach.
• Conduct door-to-door visits and interact with parents to explain school features and facilities.
• Attend and organize education fairs, parent meetings, and local promotional events.
• Generate admission enquiries and maintain proper records of leads.
• Follow up with parents regularly to convert enquiries into admissions.
• Coordinate with the school administration and counsellors for smooth admission processes.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to increase admissions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Marketing or any relevant field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting parents.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
• Experience in school admissions or marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Work Type:

Full-time, field and office-based role.
