Job Description

You will have the opportunity to support the Transformers Business marketing activities and initiatives in an international capacity with a deep understanding of the energy landscape. Your responsibilities will include working with global stakeholders to create and manage content assets, as well as handling operational tasks to ensure success. We are seeking a passionate and seasoned creative professional with a can-do attitude who can effectively manage multiple high-impact projects. Support the execution of marketing initiatives for the product and segments by developing creative content. Create various marketing assets such as 3D renders, presentations, social media posts, digital marketing creatives, brochures, infographics, graphics, and short videos/animations. Utilize CMS tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to maintain content on external and internal webpages. Update and maintain marketing materials/assets in shared drives or organized online repositories, intranet, and external web platforms as needed. Manage requests and workflows transparently to ensure efficient meeting of deadlines and deliveries. Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines while embodying Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in media, advertising, mass communication, design, art, animation/multimedia, or graphic design. At least 2 years of relevant experience in an international B2B environment. Proficiency in creative tools like Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite for asset development. Familiarity with web-based applications like Canva is advantageous. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote global teams. Proactive and result-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills. High aesthetic sense and knowledge of design techniques, themes, practices, and current trends. Preferred business knowledge in power/industrial technology. Strong team-working skills, even with colleagues and managers located in different countries and time zones. Ability to participate in developing new content and marketing tactics, taking a hands-on approach to deliver them to stakeholders. Proficiency in spoken and written English language is required.
