As part of our growth and brand positioning efforts, we are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist who can support digital initiatives, content creation, communication, and branding activities.

Role Overview

The Marketing Communications Specialist will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, digital promotions, content development, and branding activities across global markets. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with diverse marketing assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Assist in executing and monitoring marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
  • Assist in marketing activities for product launches, trade fairs, and events.
  • Support email marketing, automation workflows, and lead-nurturing activities.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage website updates, landing pages, and SEO-optimized content.
  • Handle social media channels including content planning, posting, and analytics.
  • Assist with Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, remarketing & tracking metrics.
  • Monitor campaign/website performance and generate monthly marketing reports.

Content & Communication

  • Create engaging content: articles, case studies, brochures, product sheets, emailers.
  • Write clear and professional communication for internal and external audiences.
  • Support video scripts, infographics, and product-related visual content.
  • Maintain brand tone, consistency, and messaging across all channels.

Event & Exhibition Support

  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, seminars & corporate events.
  • Prepare event branding materials, display content, and marketing kits.
  • Handle post-event follow-ups, lead tracking and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 35 years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector.
  • Understanding or Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Matomo/Piwik Analytics, Campaign Manager LinkedIn/Instagram).
  • Basic working knowledge of creative design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator).
  • Strong content writing, communication & organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of website CMS advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Content writing experience for industrial products.
  • Exposure to CRM/Marketing automation tools.
  • Experience coordinating global teams or multi-location marketing.
