About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team and help build, maintain, and improve websites for our clients. You’ll be working on a range of projects, from landing pages to full websites, with a focus on performance, design integration, and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities: Develop custom WordPress websites using themes, builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.), and custom code Maintain and update existing sites, ensuring optimal performance and security Troubleshoot and fix bugs, plugin conflicts, and responsive issues Collaborate with designers and content teams to bring ideas to life Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile usability Work with hosting, domain, and migration-related tasks when required Required Skills: 2+ years of WordPress development experience Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL Experience with page builders (Elementor preferred) Familiarity with plugins like ACF, Yoast, WP Rocket, etc. Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and speed optimization Bonus Skills: WooCommerce experience Familiarity with version control (Git) Ability to handle cPanel/hosting environments Experience developing from Figma or Adobe XD for design handoffs Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: WordPress: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
