Marketing Automation (Braze) - Consultant

As a Marketing Automation Consultant at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and configuring customer engagement solutions using Braze or Adobe Marketing Automation Platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to create innovative cross-channel campaign strategies, gather business requirements, and configure marketing journeys within the Braze platform. Additionally, you will conduct assessments, define target operating models, and develop marketing use cases to enhance marketing effectiveness. Your day-to-day tasks will involve designing campaign strategies, setting up marketing journeys, conducting capability assessments, and collaborating with clients to ensure seamless Braze implementation. You will also lead assessments of marketing processes, define KPIs, and contribute to business development in the campaign management and digital advertising space. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Braze implementation or equivalent Adobe experience. You must possess strong analytical skills, expertise in customer acquisition strategies, and the ability to design customer experience journeys using Braze. Furthermore, familiarity with Martech/Adtech platform technologies and experience in developing business cases for technology solutions are essential. The ideal candidate will have a BE/BTech + MBA educational background and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Braze or Marketing Automation Platforms. You should follow proven methodologies and best practices, provide post-go-live consulting, and ensure smooth adoption and optimization of Braze implementations. This position is based in either Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai, and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
