Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive with experience in sales and a basic understanding of digital marketing to join our fast-growing education technology team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in driving product awareness and student enrollments for our flagship education and career guidance platform, MultiServe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads by promoting MultiServe to schools, students, and parents
• Execute sales campaigns for admissions, webinars, and online products
• Use WhatsApp, email, and social media for basic digital outreach
• Respond to customer inquiries and schedule counseling appointments
• Assist in organizing school visits, events, and presentations
• Keep records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups
• Support the content and digital marketing team with on-ground feedback

Required Skills:

• Experience in sales, tele-calling, or marketing (Edtech/education sector preferred)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (e.g., WhatsApp/SMS/email campaigns, social media posts)
• Good communication in Malayalam & English
• Ability to handle targets, reporting, and basic CRM tools
• Positive attitude, team player, willingness to learn

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Plus two with relevant sales or marketing experience
• Freshers with strong interest in sales and digital marketing can apply
