Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and passionate Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our digital presence across various social media platforms. You will use your graphic design and video editing skills to create engaging, visually appealing, and shareable content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:

    Handle the day-to-day management of social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Content Creation:

    Develop and execute content strategies, creating compelling and shareable posts, stories, and videos to promote brand awareness and engagement.
  • Graphic Design:

    Use graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to create visually appealing content such as infographics, banners, and posts that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Video Editing:

    Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and stories using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Community Engagement:

    Engage with followers, respond to comments, direct messages, and maintain positive relationships with the online community.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Proficient in social media platforms.
  • Strong graphic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Excellent video editing skills and familiarity with editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Creative mind-set with the ability to generate new ideas and campaigns that align with brand goals.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.) to track campaign performance.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for social media trends and staying updated on industry best practices.

Desirable:

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
