Timings: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Days: Monday - Saturday

Language: English, Hindi, Bengali

Educational Background – Any graduate or post-graduate with relevant experience. BBA and MBA will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Shall be able to understand the company services, its features and benefits
• Shall have awareness towards several ways, sites or tools to generate leads
• Identify potential customers and generate leads by understanding their needs and offering relevant services
• Build and maintain a positive relationships with clients, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about the company’s services to effectively communicate with clients
• Shall be able to take decisions
• Shall be able to provide customized solution to clients
• Shall keep records of the clients and update information accordingly
• Conduct follow-up calls with clients who have shown interest in our services
• Shall be comfortable with targets and deadline
• Shall be able to keep up with the changing pace
• Shall demonstrate keen interest to stay informed about new market trends and updates in the relevant field
• Shall be able to track and maintain records

Requirements

• Should be able to work independently
• Proven experience in the related field
• Extraordinary communication skills both written and verbal
• Shall be fluent in mother-tongue
• Shall be able to persuade
• Should have convincing skills
• Shall be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
